The Schools of Mathematics and Computer Science announced a call for Team Guides for the European Junior Olympiad in Informatics 2023. Enthusiastic and dedicated students specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science were given the opportunity to step up as Team Guides for the highly anticipated European Junior Olympiad in Informatics 2023 (EJOI). This exceptional opportunity allows aspiring individuals to actively contribute to an international programming Olympiad while gaining invaluable experience within a multicultural and diverse environment.

EJOI 2023 warmly welcomes participation from all European countries, granting each nation the opportunity to assemble one official team comprising four students. The contestants are required to strictly adhere to the official rules of the Olympiad, ensuring a fair and competitive environment for all.
The main registration for EJOI 2023 (European Junior Olympiad in Informatics), is now open. Team leaders are urged to visit the Registration Page on the official EJOI 2023 website to complete their registration before the deadline including July 24th, 2023.

Georgia to host the 2023 European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EJOI)

The Kutaisi International University (KIU) will be hosting the 2023 European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EJOI) on September 8-14, 2023 in Kutaisi, Georgia. The project is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
EJOI is a significant event, a stepping-stone, in the development of the elite of the IT industry in Council of Europe member states. EJOI follows the rules and standards of the International Olympiad in Informatics.
The first EJOI was held in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2017 from the 7th to the 13th of September. The second EJOI was held in Innopolis City, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia in 2018 from 26 July to 1 August. The Third EJOI was held in Maribor, Slovenia in 2019 from the 23th to the 28th of August.

The stage is set for the prestigious European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EJOI) as Georgia gears up to host the event for the second time since 2020. Scheduled to take place from the 8th to the 14th of September, this highly anticipated competition promises to showcase the brightest young minds in the field of Informatics.
To ensure a seamless registration process, all countries interested in participating are required to pre-register. The registration link has been sent exclusively to EJOI team leaders, who will serve as the primary point of contact for their respective nations.
Pre-registration closes on June 23rd.
